Online shopping experience

This is a guest post by my friend David Ordans

I have a farm and use many pieces of equipment in taking care of the daily chores. Recently I had a major break down on the Kawasaki utility vehicle that I use every day. While traveling across the field the front suspension broke. This particular piece of equipment is used every day to check cattle and fences making it almost indespensible.

Unfortunately, I live in a rural area that does not have a lot of service facilities available to fix something like this so it falls to me to repair my own equipment. I have the tools and knowledge to do so but I didn’t know where to find the parts I needed. Recently we had hooked up wild blue satellite internet to our personal computer so we could have faster internet than the standard dial up. I decided to see if I could find the parts at an online store. I typed in a search for Kawasaki mule parts and was rewarded with several parts houses that had everything I could possibly need to repair my equipment. Not only did they have the parts but included on their website was an exploded diagram of exactly the pieces I was needing to replace. This was most helpful as I did not have a shop manual and was having to sort of guess how everything came apart.

Once I found the parts I needed I simply clicked on them, added them to my cart and went to checkout, just like at the store. With a credit card number and expiration date it was a simple thing to check out. The parts were shipped and the shipping company even sent me an email telling me when they were shipped and when they estimated they would arrive. A few days later there was a box setting on my front porch with exactly what I ordered inside. Now everything is running fine again and it was easier than I ever dreamed it would be.
