My parents’ big move

This was the first time I had been there to help my parents move because they had lived in the same house since they married. However, they had been there for many of my moves, including those during college, after college and then when I got married soon after.

I saw this for a while because they have been having trouble getting around their townhouse for a while now. When they told me of their plans I started planning for getting all the utilities set up to make it easier with them. I looked at some internet reviews and found wildblue which seemed to have some pretty good wild blue internet packages. The people were pretty nice and a service person met us as soon as we got to their new condo, where he showed my parents how to set everything up. It seemed pretty simple and doable for my parents who aren’t exactly tech-savvy.

They’re settled into their new place now and seem to be enjoying themselves. I was worried about that since they’d be away from home, but when I brought it up to my mom she reminded me that it was their new home.
